Four kids on their home planet make a mysterious discovery that leads them to get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. Jude Law in “Skeleton Crew” and more stars from a galaxy far, far away. AniMat in a wacky cartoon starring Silly Old Deadly Bear (2022). From the previews I thought it would be terrible. I only watched the first episode and was surprised at how entertaining it was. I have high hopes for this one. A sort of Spielberg-style Star Wars. It may be aimed at kids, but I still love that style of storytelling at my advanced age. The first episode was fun and engaging and well-paced without taking itself too seriously. There’s even a little social commentary. So far it’s the second best episode behind Endor, but that may change as you watch more episodes. I think this series is a good direction for the Disney/Star Wars combination.
